2 ASK THE NEW GOD | Interactive Video Website Simulation
INTRO:
This project reconstructs humanity’s superstitious behaviors toward AI through the framework of religion, exposing the psychological mechanisms and cultural projections that lead us to mistake AI for a “god.”
It reflects a phenomenon of technological worship—the birth of a digital deity—and a modern religious ritual
performed in the name of technology to evade personal responsibility.

This photography project centers on green nature, capturing the lightness and calmness of a deep breath during shooting. Sulphate ester paper is used to echo the airy and flowing feeling of breathing, giving the images a soft, translucent texture. The work is presented as a green album, where each page stands lightly on its own, like a sealed breath of air. Each sheet can be taken out and placed on a wall, becoming a small window of green, letting nature quietly flow into everyday life.

This interactive installation visualizes how adolescent identities are shaped by external pressures and internal conflicts. Participants write personal teenage secrets, doubts, or social judgments on paper notes and insert them into a hollow PVC figure. As notes accumulate, the figure deforms, physically manifesting the impact of collective forces. Viewers are invited to touch the distorted surface, confronting the tangible results of societal intervention.

The transparent layer, featuring patterns of Nepalese menstrual huts (Chhaupadi)—a practice of isolating menstruating women—overlays slogans advocating for breaking taboos, symbolizing how women are confined by societal norms. By peeling back the transparent layer, viewers are invited to physically "break" these constraints, reflecting on how menstrual shame serves as a global, invisible cage for women.
